Working with Trusted Partners

We believe in providing you with the best service possible. Sometimes, this means calling in a little extra help from some of our trusted partners. These are other top-notch service providers we've worked with and have a lot of faith in. By allowing us to bring them into the mix, we're able to ensure you get the very best expertise and results in every aspect of your project. We'll always be transparent about this process and our aim is always to do what's best for your needs and your success.

Ticket Submission

Clients may submit service requests (hereafter referred to as 'tickets') via our online support portal, email, or Voxer.

  • Online support portal: Preferred method. Clients can log into their account, submit a new ticket, and track the status of all submitted tickets.
  • Email: Clients can send an email to our support address. A ticket will be created in our system and the client will receive a confirmation email with the ticket number.
  • Voxer: For urgent issues, clients can reach out via Voxer (@airialrenal). If the problem can't be resolved on the spot, a ticket will be created in our system.
Ticket Prioritization

The priority of each ticket will be determined and worked on based on a number of factors:

  • Time required to complete the ticket.
  • The due date requested on the ticket.
  • Any prior discussion with the client about a specific ticket.
  • Whether a Priority Pass has been purchased for the ticket.

Please note that all tickets are subject to approval. For any tickets outside of the scope of the Services, we may provide alternative solutions to the client.

Turnaround Times

Here's the scoop on how fast we typically get stuff done:

Please note: More complex or multi-step tasks can take longer.  For instance, if you’d like a landing or sales page designed, set aside 3-4 business days for the design phase and 3-4 business days for the build or automation phase.

Remember, our clock only ticks when the ball's in our court. If we're waiting on you or a third party (like a hosting or software company) for something, we hit the pause button.

Do We Guarantee Turnaround Times?

Straight up - nope. Tech stuff has a lot of moving parts and variables that are out of our hands. Things like how quick you answer our questions, pesky software bugs, changes you want to make, waiting on third parties, and how much stuff our team's already handling can all impact our timing.

Got Something Urgent?

We get that sometimes things pop up that need our immediate attention. That's why we offer a "Priority Pass" so your ticket can cut the line and be next in our queue. It doesn't promise a finish time, but it does mean we'll start on your task sooner. And the sooner we start, the sooner it gets done.

Want Your Task Done Even Faster?

Here are some tricks to help us speed things up:

  • Be clear with your instructions. Check out some examples of how best to explain your task.
  • Break your tasks into smaller bits. This makes it easier for us to handle (Check out how to break your projects into tasks).
  • Give us all the logins we need from the get-go, and make sure they work before you pass them on.
  • Buy a Priority Pass to get us started on your task faster.
Ticket Statuses

Each ticket will be assigned a status to track progress:

  • New/Open: The ticket has been logged in our system.
  • In Progress: The ticket is being worked on.
  • Information Requested: The ticket requires input or action from the client.
  • On Hold: It is decided that action is not needed at this time and/or something else is of higher priority.
  • Solution Offered: Request has been completed and seeking confirmation from the client that no further action needs to be taken and the ticket may be closed.
  • Closed: The issue has been resolved and the ticket has been closed.

Clients can check the status of their tickets via our online support portal.
